Daily Sensory Awareness Practice

Today I am introducing a simple and enjoyable "Daily Sensory Awareness Practice" that I learned a few years ago. I have found it to be a wonderful way to intentionally bring greater awareness and presence to each moment of our experience.
One thing is for certain, and that is that we must be willful in choosing our path. If we don’t live with intention and purpose we will find ourselves very disappointed, in confusion, with no direction and our experience will be very chaotic and one might be left feeling very helpless and hopeless.
This is one of the reasons I started Awareness Healing Tools as my desire is to be a light and a guide to those of you who might be in a life situation where you are feeling like you need some help and a little bit of hope. So, I offer you tools such as this "Daily Sensory Awareness Practice", because maybe something inside of you has started to awaken, the blinds are being removed from your eyes, and you are ready to start making changes and improvements that will be aligned with a higher purpose and for a far greater good than you have yet to experience. Many of us have found ourselves in these situations and we have all needed some tools, some guidance, or a nudge in the right direction to find the path.
One of the greatest tools I have learned on my journey is the practice of awareness. To pay attention. To hear, see, touch, smell, and taste being fully present and aware. It is a constant practice of introspection, paying attention to what is going on within me, my emotions, my thoughts, my actions, my reasons. This is the greatest tool, the practice of being here now. When we are present, aware, and in tune with our higher purpose we are able to clearly see the path laid out for us and we will start making decisions that are in accordance with our highest purpose.
This simple, "Daily Sensory Awareness Practice" I have for you in this video is a wonderful way to intentionally bring presence and awareness to each and everyday, to make each and every moment that we possibly can into a special moment.
This "Daily Sensory Awareness Practice" is very simple, but over time it can open your experience up to new possibilities and may assist in ushering in the peace, contentment, patience, prosperity, and joy you have been waiting to experience.
